Krok 1 in English: every past paper we could find
36 English-language papers from 2003–2020, as they were given to international students. An explanation after every question, repetition of whatever you keep forgetting, and a timed exam simulation with the official 64% pass mark.
What is in the English Krok 1 base
Krok 1 covers the basic sciences — anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathophysiology, pharmacology. Questions repeat from year to year, so working through past papers is the shortest route to the pass mark.
The pass mark is 64%
The threshold is set by the Ministry of Health, not by us. The exam simulation scores you against the same number, which is the only way "ready / not ready" on screen can mean anything.

Questions about Krok 1
Krok 1 is a state licensing test taken by every medical, dental and pharmacy student in Ukraine — international students included. It is the test component of the Unified State Qualification Exam (USQE), and international students sit it in English. Krok 1 covers the basic sciences — anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathophysiology, pharmacology. Questions repeat from year to year, so working through past papers is the shortest route to the pass mark.
The pass mark is 64% of correct answers. This is not a number Doctrina invented: it is set by the Ministry of Health (Наказ МОЗ України від 02.11.2023 № 1898 (редакція від 09.01.2026)). The exam simulation on Doctrina scores you against exactly that threshold, so "ready / not ready" on screen means the same thing it will on exam day.
