A 70-year-old patient was undergoing stream transfusion of 750 ml of stored blood of the same group. At the end of haemotransfusion the patient developed laboured breathing, heaviness in chest, heart pain, cyanosis. Arterial pressure started to drop dramatically, the pulse became arrhythmic. What complication was developed?
